Here's what you can expect from start to finish with Studio Belle...

Consultation

This is so we can get a feel for your wedding, your personalities, what you are looking for, and of course, the details of your big day. If we can't do this face-to-face, either due to time or location, then it will work just as well by phone, email, skype, or even, by instant messenger! We'll discuss your ideas and requirements, and talk through any questions you may have.

Timeline & quotation

When you decide that you would like Studio Belle to create your wedding stationery, the first thing you will receive is your personal wedding or civil partnership stationery timeline. In here, you’ll find the remaining steps in the Studio Belle design process planned out for you. At this point, we’ll also provide you with a full quotation to sign off.

Design

We'll get cracking on your designs and send you your first proof – an exciting moment! This package will include several design and layout options. Don’t hold back, give us your honest feedback and request any amends you’d like to see; we’ll keep revising the designs until you are 100% happy.

The first couple of drafts will be delivered digitally, and then we will move on to a full mock up sent by post for you to sign off. Of course, we will need you to send us the complete text you want to include on all stationery items. If you need help with your wording, our advisors will be happy to come up with some options for you. We'll match all your other stationery items to your invite design, once it is confirmed.

Production

Once your designs are signed off, we'll get busy creating your stationery. We will split the delivery of your items according to the order you need them in. There will be some items, such as your order of service or your seating plan, that can't be finalised until the last minute. So, we'll design the bits we can, and deliver the rest as soon as we have everything we need for completion.

Delivery

We'll deliver your stationery as per your timeline so you can get your invites out to your guests in plenty of time. We'll send everything by recorded delivery to ensure it gets to you without a hitch, unless you request otherwise.
