STAGE 1 

Consultation and site visit.

We will visit the site and complete a detailed brief taking, where we will discuss the space and how you intend it to be used, budget, colour palettes and design aesthetics.​

 

STAGE 2 

Concepts, layouts and estimate.

We will issue concept boards and layout options along with an estimated cost of your interior design for sign off.

STAGE 3 

Full design and proposal for works.

We then develop and complete the full interior design package and working costs proposal, including working CAD drawings, specified materials, furniture, fabrics and hardware. This will be presented to you on site where everything can be discussed in detail.

STAGE 4 

Detail Drawings.

All detail drawings required by contractors on site, including, but not limited to: small power and lighting plans and elevations; bathroom elevations with all details and dimensions annotated for first and second fix;  detailed elevations for any other areas where the contractors are required; and bespoke joinery and kitchen drawings for quotes.

 

STAGE 5 

Installation.

We can project manage and complete all installations ourselves. This enables us to take the weight off your shoulders, manage the contractors and ensure everything meets the high standard we pride ourselves on.
